“There was no one at the ticket box when we arrived and a sign directed us to where the boats docked. When we got there and showed our vouchers the woman became angry and started yelling the vouchers weren’t tickets. She was crazy unprofessional but let us board. We eventually got off the boat and later re boarded and a man converted the vouchers to tickets and it was a time consuming process. Pretty sure the lady didn’t want to bother with Viator tickets but the boats were nice and we took a ton of great pictures.”
