When we got there and showed our vouchers the woman became angry and started yelling the vouchers weren’t tickets. She was crazy unprofessional but let us board. We eventually got off the boat and later re boarded and a man converted the vouchers to tickets and it was a time consuming process. Pretty sure the lady didn’t want to bother with Viator tickets but the boats were nice and we took a ton of great pictures.”

There were people at nearly every stop to help you. The Thames River Cruise was a nice extra.
