“The driver arrived 25 minutes after the meeting time perhaps due to the weather and traffic, however in my many years of using Viator this is the first time this happened, I had to call the tour operator company twice to check and get updates. It caused some anxiety as Southampton is 2 hours drive from London and missing the cruise ship would be devastating if the driver did not show up. The vehicle used was a sedan and even if we (4 adults + luggages) fit in it, it wasn’t comfortable. Mehmet was a good driver but overall this wasn’t a very pleasing experience.”
