“The driver arrived 25 minutes after the meeting time perhaps due to the weather and traffic, however in my many years of using Viator this is the first time this happened, I had to call the tour operator company twice to check and get updates. It caused some anxiety as Southampton is 2 hours drive from London and missing the cruise ship would be devastating if the driver did not show up. The vehicle used was a sedan and even if we (4 adults + luggages) fit in it, it wasn’t comfortable. Mehmet was a good driver but overall this wasn’t a very pleasing experience.”

“We only had 1.5, at the most, hours ar Windsor Castle. We were picked up on time at 7:15 in central London (W Hotel) in a black van that had already picked up another central London family. But then after transferring to the bus we made 8 more stops, including 3, very time consuming stops at the airport before heading to Windsor Castle. There are VERY long lines there and we were very disappointed with the organization and lack of time at the one stop, which we anticipated to be a highlight. If the tour company can get its various pickups better scheduled and the “guide” gave us at least…”
