“Got off a red eye, went through immigration, exit to terminal 5. Search for meeting point, says need to go to terminal al 3 where driver says is going to meet us. Get to terminal 3, no driver, no text or call from driver. We wait patiently for 15 min and then they call us and say we aren’t there and driver left. We were there. Driver refused to return. Called Viator to get money back while husband figures out how to transport 7 people. Viator says will investigate. Two hours later Viator says no refund. I dispute it- Viator still hasn’t responded. Awful experience.”

“Even though confirmed everything in writing and verbally several times they showed up 45 minutes later than scheduled, and had the wrong delivery address. The ride took an hour longer than it should have from pickup and we arrived very late. It wasn't Viator that provided the service but a subcontractor i never heard of. It is also rare that I issue this type of review so it must have been bad.”

He took us to the Radisson Leicester. By the time we found out it was the wrong hotel he was gone. So, we were quite upset and had to pay a cab 25.00 to get us to the correct hotel.”
